What if I am not satisfied and want to return the product?

We have 14 days free return without reasons. Please contact us and tell us your return request and we will send you the delivery address and ship it to our warehouse

Of course, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us, no questions asked. Please contact us to inform us of your intentions and we will send you the shipping address for our warehouse.

 

Who pays for the shipping?

If the item is being returned for a product defect, we will cover the shipping cost. If possible, please send us the picture of the damage part.

However, if you change your mind and no longer want to order, then we kindly ask you to bear the costs.

 

When should I send the product back?

You should send it back within 14 days of your return claim.

Please put the product with all accessories and manuals back into its original box or the package (if possible). Then please contact us to receive the package with the order number. Please make sure you write the delivery address properly.

 

How and when will I get my money back?

Once we receive the products, you will get a confirmation by email and your money will be back within 3-7 days depending on the bank.

 

How do I cancel an order?

It is similar as returning process. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return anything you bought from us. If you want to cancel the order before you receive it, please contact us to as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will just cancel the order. However, if the item is on the way to the your address, you will have to follow our returns policy and send it back to us after the package is delivered.
